Exploring the Pleasure of Mindful Eating and Savoring Food

PASSING THROUGH

“Eat me quick,” said the hamburger.
“Stuff me down,” said the cream cake.
“No room for me,” said the mega muffin
“I want to pass through you too.
Don’t leave me sitting here alone.
Eat me fast!
I’m so yummy and will make you smile, as you eat me quick and stuff me down.
I can’t wait to pass through you, although I might get stuck somewhere deep down inside and fester for a while.
Never mind!
I want to make you mine.”
