Changing your social media feed can change your life just as changing your food can change your life. Often we are unaware of how  much anxiety are social media feeds are giving us! We  don’t realise how much we are being effected by other peoples narratives and the stories that they are sharing on their social media feeds.
We often feel that we are choosing to follow these famous people, influencers, companies or even friends,  but if you really ask ourselves how you are actually feeling after scrolling down you may be shocked by your answers!
Ask yourself do I feel better after absorbing this information or do I feel worse?
Do you feel more empowered or do you feel as if you aren’t able to live like they do and feel as if you are missing out?
If you are an empath you may feel anxious or overwhelmed by sad news in your feed because it is just too much to take!
By changing the people you follow now and absorbing a new fresh feed you can literally change your life! You can become inspired by a healthy feed that feels you feeling lighter, anxiety free and more creative!
It is empowering for you to realise that you can curate your feed and unfollow people maybe starting with baby steps, dipping your toes in and then taking it from there!
