    Hi both! I used to have pancakes for breakfast when I spent ny summer holidays in England….and I really miss them!
    Any special recipe to suggest?

    Hi,

    You’re English is excellent!

    We have our own pancake recipe that we make all the time and just throw all the ingredients into a jug and mix them with one of those hand held mixers!

    One cup of flour
    one cup of milk
    3 eggs

    If you want a healthy alternative you can make them with wholemeal flour – farina integrale – or rice flour!
    We suggest you experiment to get the right consistency – la consistenza guista – of the mixture.

    Too thick add some water or milk and mix some more!

    Too thin add more flour!
