Hello friends,

A ‘simpleton’ was a term – un  ‘sempliciotto’era un termine

used to define – usato per definire,

a stupid or ignorant person – una persona stupida o ignorante.

Today it is still common – oggi è ancora comune,

to think of stupidity as simple – pensare che la stupidità sia semplice,

and intelligence as complicated – è l’intelligenza come complicata.

Often the opposite is true – spesso e vero il contrario…

In every day life – nella vita di tutti i giorni,

in relationships – nelle relazioni,

as at work – come nel lavoro,

the most effective solutions – le soluzioni più efficaci,

are often the simplest – sono spesso le più semplici.

We often wonder why – spesso ci domandiamo perchè,

we could not see the solution – perche non riusciavamo a trovare la soluzione,

when it was right under our nose – quando era proprio sotto al naso..

Maybe it is because – forse è perchè,

our perceptions and way of thinking – le nostre percezioni e modi di pensare,

were just too complicated – erano proprio troppo complicate…
