Hello!
Today, it’s Pancake day, pancakes are like crepes only smaller – più piccoli.
The trick is – il trucco è – to make them paper thin – sottilissimi – and flip them -fargli girare – in the pan – padella -!
They are eaten – si mangiano – rolled up – arrotolati – with freshly squeezed lemon juice and sugar or anything else you fancy – che vi fa gola – for example jam!
In England everybody has pancakes on Pancake Day!
