New Beginnings

Wednesday 7th of January

The English Sisters

Hello,

It’s raining outside but it’s nice and warm and comfortable inside, just comfortable enough, comodo quanto basta, to learn a little more English,  vero, che ne pensate? What do you think we should talk about today?  Well, the rain is not in Spain but here in Italy. Let me explain, in England there is a saying, c’e un detto:  The rain in Spain falls mainly on the plain, cade quasi sempre in pianura!  Enough, basta, talk about rain, let us talk about sunshine!  We all like sunshine don’t we?  Let me hear you shout YES!!!

Spring, la primavera, is just, appena, round the corner, sta dietro l’angolo, so we can all look forward to spring flowers and new beginnings!

Watch how your English grows as you read this blog!  It is intended for maximum learning with minimum effort and maximum enjoyment! Concentrate on the words, concentratevi sulle parole, and use them!!  If you water your English everyday it will grow and grow until you find that you, have all the English you need to get what you want and what you need…

What an excellent idea – maybe you could do “Italian” or “French”, for us here in England. I wish you both the best of luck

    Cheers Audrey
